Geetika has done her LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and has been practicing as an Advocate since the year 2012, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She has extensive experience in litigation for more than a Decade. She has worked as an associate with Sushant M. Singh & Associates from 2012 to 2014 where she dealt with matters pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights, Writs and other matters.

Thereafter, she started her own practice and has been advising and representing various well established private and public entities and start-ups as well as individuals in a vast range of issues and has represented various well established private and public entities and start-ups as well as individuals in matters in various fields. She has unparalleled expertise in Constitutional, Civil, Commercial and Criminal Laws, more particularly in Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, MSME Act, Consumer Protection Laws, Writs, Company Law, Partnership Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Contract and Specific Performance of Contracts, Property Laws and Environment Laws.
